A Saturday with difference at Toggi Fun World


This Saturday was different for Mashkura Akter, a six grader of JAAGO Foundation School in Rayer Bazar. She got chance to experience the rides of Toggi Fun World along with her friends on this day.”It’s amazing for me to ride on the Sea Saw game where I fear with the stormy waves of sea,” Mashkura told the Daily Sun after experiencing the ride at the theme park.The theme park organised a complementary visit for the underprivileged children marking the International Friendship Day.

Some 40 students from the specialised school ride different rides of Carosol to experience horse riding while someone goes into stormy ocean with the Sea Saw.

Toggi Fun World, located in Bashundhara City Shopping Complex in Panthapath of the capital, is the largest VR theme park in the country.

Zihad Hossain is another student from JAAGO Foundation School who seems very excited to visit Toggi Fun World.

“I feel difference today as getting chance to visit Toggi Fun World with friends. I will share the experience with all friends of my school,” he said.

Toggi Fun World In-Charge Masudur Rahman Manna said Bashundhara Group always works for the underprivileged people.

“Toggi Fun World enthralls children. We want to contribute for the well being of underprivileged students. We have decided to support their education from our ticket money” Masudur Rahman Manna told Daily Sun.
Toggi Fun World stretches 11 floors from level eight to eighteen of the country’s most popular shopping centre.

There are laser tag, paint ball and exciting games with virtual reality and augmented reality.

Toggi Fun World Deputy Manager Sumaiya Afrin Ahona said the theme park welcomed the students of JAAGO Foundation to mark a charity programme marking International Friendship Day.

“The Toggi Fund World will continue to donate Tk 1 from each ticket to three organizations- JAAGO Foundation, Bidyanondo Foundation and Bashundhara Special Children Foundation,” Ahona told the Daily Sun.

Toggi Fun World is renovated with over 150 exciting games and rides. It also accommodates amusement source for guardians for fulfilling the family package of fun.

Most of the games and rides are imported from Europe and China. The state-of the art security system maintains international standard.
